Do you ship internationally?

We curr­ent­ly ship to: Aus­tria, Bel­gi­um, Croa­tia, Czech Repu­blic, Den­mark, France, Ger­ma­ny, Hun­ga­ry, Ita­ly, Luxem­bourg, Net­her­lands, Pol­and, Por­tu­gal, Roma­nia, Slo­va­kia, Slove­nia, Spain.

Plea­se note that ship­ping cos­ts vary depen­ding on the desti­na­ti­on coun­try. You can check the exact ship­ping cost in the check­out area befo­re com­ple­ting your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Ship­ping within Aus­tria typi­cal­ly takes 1–2 busi­ness days. Inter­na­tio­nal orders may take 3–5 busi­ness days depen­ding on the desti­na­ti­on. Once your order has ship­ped, you will recei­ve a track­ing num­ber to track your delivery.

Can I chan­ge or can­cel my order?

If you would like to chan­ge or can­cel your order, plea­se cont­act us within 24 hours of pla­cing the order. We will do our best to make chan­ges as long as the order has not been shipped.
